Postbox focuses on family recipes from southwest regions of India. Postbox is the first restaurant by Leo Noronha, who has been in the restaurant business for many years. Leo leads the front-of-house team, with his cousin Lorenzo heading up the three-person kitchen.
The menu features unusual takes on Portuguese-influenced Goan classics, including pork cheek vindaloo, Cafreal chicken wings, Rechado prawns and wider-ranging favourites such as Peshawari masala lamb chops.
